Fosta Designs - FiveM EUP Development Terms of Service

Welcome to Fosta Designs! By engaging our services for FiveM EUP (Emergency Uniforms Pack) development, you agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS). Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transactions.

1. Agreement to Terms
   By purchasing or engaging in any service with Fosta Designs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Fosta Designs reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms at any time, and any updates will be communicated to you.

2. Payment Terms
   Full Payment Required Upfront: All payments must be made in full before work on your FiveM EUP order begins. No exceptions will be made.
   Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via Stripe, Paypal, Cashapp, and Crypto.
   Invoice: Upon receipt of payment, Fosta Designs will issue an invoice confirming the payment and order details.

3. Development Process
   Timeline: The timeline for the completion of your FiveM EUP development will be discussed and agreed upon after the order is placed and payment is received. Any changes or delays in the timeline will be communicated by Fosta Designs.
   Custom Requests: Any specific requirements or custom requests must be discussed upfront before the payment is made. We will work with you to ensure your requirements are understood clearly.

4. No Refunds Policy
   No Refunds: Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued unless approved by Fosta Designs.
   Exceptions: Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Fosta Designs, provided there is valid justification (e.g., issues related to the quality or delivery of the work). All refund requests must be submitted in writing for review.

5. Ownership and Rights
   Work Ownership: Upon the completion of the FiveM EUP development and delivery of the final product, the client will own the rights to the custom designs and assets created for them. However, Fosta Designs reserves the right to showcase the work as part of its portfolio.
   Revisions: You are entitled to a specific number of revisions during the development process, as agreed upon before work begins. Any additional revisions or requests beyond the initial agreement may incur extra charges.

6. Client Responsibility
   Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your FiveM EUP requirements, including but not limited to color schemes, logos, and other design specifications.
   Testing and Implementation: While Fosta Designs will ensure the EUP is functional and suitable for your needs, it is the client's responsibility to implement and test the final product within their FiveM server.

7. Liability
   Fosta Designs is not liable for any issues arising after the completion and delivery of the FiveM EUP, including but not limited to server crashes, incompatibilities with other mods, or any other technical difficulties.

8. Communication
   Contact: All communication between you and Fosta Designs should be conducted through [Insert preferred communication methods, e.g., email, Discord, etc.].
   Response Times: Fosta Designs will make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries in a timely manner during business hours.

9. Termination of Service
   Fosta Designs reserves the right to terminate any project if the client violates these terms or engages in inappropriate behavior. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

10. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled amicably between the client and Fosta Designs. If a resolution cannot be reached, legal action may be pursued.

By engaging Fosta Designs for your FiveM EUP development project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service outlined above.
